Pushing the edge!

This build exceeded even my own expectations. Even though Résumé is still a bit far from being done, the feeling created so far by the application is the one of the most intense i've had yet with a project i've been involved in.

It has been a month sice the initial announcement of Résumé. At that moment we had a nice platform to work with and a good plan to follow. The beta experience however proved to be more interesting than what we had in mind. The feedback pushed the development more into the usability side of the application and we've found ourselfs to make more and more improvements, having the sole goal of high usabiliy and achieving an unique experience in using it.

Long story short, below you can see a snapshot of the current administrator desktop.


Just to follow up on the latest updates:

1. Icons on your desktop (with trash also :))
2. Personal CVs visualisation (considering your rights)
3. Ability to tag and comment on a CV, or how we like to call it: metadata support
4. Search save capabilities by creating live folders - your search is always up to date when you visualise it
5. Attachments support for any CV

The list could go on, but i don't want to spoil all the experience for you :). Every day a new function is being developed and added to Résumé and i have to state that the best is yet to come.

Also, there is one big step we're taking the next week but i'll fill you in on that later.
